Download Speed
The speed at which files are downloaded from the Usenet is shown in the bottom-right corner of the main window, inside of the Infobar.
Limiting the Download Speed
By default, LottaNZB will download as fast as your Internet connection and news server allows to. In order to prevent the downloads from interfering with your other Internet activities, you can limit the download speed. There are two different ways of doing that:

In the Infobar, click on the icon next to the download speed. This opens a menu, allowing you to select one of the predefined download speeds or removing the current limit.

If you want to specifiy a custom download speed, select Edit ▸ Preferences, activate the check-box Limit download speed and enter the desired download speed in KiB/s right to it.
In both cases, the changes will take effect immediately.
